Lost Dog Cafe has atmosphere, decent prices and meal service presentation, yet draws a cosmopolitan-style trendy crowd. Reason Location is near Federal Building, Boscov's, and Binghamton's Art & Antiques Row right around the corner. Example On a cold drizzly night, it was packed. There was a trio playing background music for the patrons. Parking is plentiful. My party was pleasantly satisfied. Lawrence Weinzimer
